MIRROR WATER disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.

MIRROR WATER does not warrant that this website, its servers, or e-mail by us are free of viruses or other harmful components. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

MIRROR WATER will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond its reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MIRROR WATER from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 13 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms or the Terms of Sale is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms  or the Terms of Sale, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
