We ship to the UK,USA and Canada Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all UK, US and Canadian orders over £50 GBP / $75 USD / $150 CAD. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
➊ PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Standard UK shipments are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour delivery which is a trackable service and is expected to take 2-3 working days once dispatched. Standard US and Canada shipments are sent via FedEx which is a trackable service and is expected to take 3-5 for US, and 3-7 for Canada. ➋ INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Unfortunately, at this point we are not able to facilitate shipping outside of the UK, US and Canada. We are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities and aim to resume international shipping in the near future.
➌ CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact email@example.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes. Please see our FAQ page for more details on discounts and promotions.
➍ LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.

➎ PRE-ORDER POLICY
We offer pre-orders on items which are currently out of stock. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout. Please kindly note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. Although we will try our best to give an exact estimate on the product page, ship dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. We will ship your order as soon as the pre-ordered item becomes available. In order to reduce excess shipping waste, if you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped together once ALL items are available.
➏ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer refunds for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Shipping charges incurred in connection with a return are non-refundable, and your original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
