THE FULL BODY RITUAL

Begin wherever feels right. Use each step on its own, or layer them together:

1. Stimulate with BUFF Body Dry brush: Before showering or bathing, use the Ultra-Soft BUFF Body Dry Brush on dry skin. Start at the ankles and brush upwards towards the heart using light, circular strokes. Linger on areas such as behind the knees, inner thighs, elbows, and underarms if it feels supportive. Adjust pressure to your comfort.

2. Cleanse with SHEA BUTTER BRICK: Lather the Shea Butter Brick with water to create soft, milky suds. Massage over the body - and face, if desired - then rinse.

3. Hydrate with SMOOTH Body Oil: After bathing, while skin is still slightly damp, warm a few drops of SMOOTH Body Oil between your palms. Apply with gentle strokes, allowing the oil to mix with water for lasting hydration and a soft, satin finish.

4. Nourish with RUB Solid Body Balm: Using your fingertips, melt a small amount of RUB Solid Balm between your hands and massage into areas that need extra care, such as elbows, hands, cuticles, or feet.

Our scent profile has the same foundation for each product (apart from SHEA BUTTER BRICK), but the notes differ across our product range, informed by the essential oils' interaction with each base formulation.

SMOOTH balances the woody and smoky base notes of Betiver, Canadian Black Spruce, and Cedarwood with a flash of bright Bergamot as an uplifting top note.

RUB contains over 70% shea butter, so our invigorating blend is complemented by the nutty and buttery shea aroma, offering a subtle and comforting scent.

SHEA BUTTER BRICK has no added fragrance and is therefore a dream pairing with sensitive skin. Its shea butter base lends a natural creamy scent.
