TUESDAY 25TH: DOUBLE YOUR ORDER

Offer: All orders placed on 25 November will be entered into a draw. One winning order will have each MIRROR WATER product in that order doubled at no additional cost.

Terms:

Applies only to MIRROR WATER-branded products purchased at checkout (excluding gift cards and third-party items).

Duplicate items are added automatically during order processing and will not appear in the cart.

Complimentary duplicate items must be returned if the corresponding purchased items are returned; otherwise, their value may be deducted from any refund.

WEDNESDAY 26TH: HEAVEN MAYHEM LUGGAGE TAG (Minimum Spend £75/$75)

Offer: Customers who spend £75/$75 or more (after the 20% off discount is applied) will receive a complimentary HEAVEN MAYHEM luggage tag.

Terms:

Minimum spend threshold is calculated after discount, before shipping and taxes.

THURSDAY 27TH: HAVE YOUR ORDER REFUNDED

Offer: All orders placed on the 26th will be entered into a draw. One winning order will be refunded in full.

Terms:

All orders placed during the specified promotional day qualify.

The full order value (including shipping) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancelled or returned orders do not qualify.

Voucher valid 1 January–31 December 2026.

Voucher cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used on gift cards.

If the winning order is cancelled or returned, the prize is forfeited.

SUNDAY 30TH: WIN A FACETIME WITH ESTÉE

Offer: All orders placed on the promotional day will be entered into a draw. One customer will win a FaceTime call with Estée Lalonde.

Terms:

Valid on all MIRROR WATER orders placed on the specified promotional day only.

One winner will be selected at random from all qualifying orders placed on that date.

The prize is a zoom call with Estée Lalonde lasting up to 15 minutes.

The call will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time; the winner must redeem their prize within 6 months of notification.

Winner will be contacted via the email address used at checkout.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another reward.

MIRROR WATER reserves the right to reschedule the call or amend the offer if necessary.
