We are a small team and aim to get your items shipped as quickly as possible. Our shipping partners have told us that there is continued pressure on the postal system as a result of COVID-19. UK, EU, USA and Canada
Can I track my MIRROR WATER order?
Yes you will receive a tracking number, via email, corresponding to your order when it has been dispatched.
How long does UK standard delivery take?
All UK orders are shipped via “Royal Mail 48 Hour” delivery which is a trackable service and expected to take 2-3 working days once dispatched. Despite this, it is unfortunately not a guaranteed service.
How long does International delivery take?
International orders take 4-7 days once dispatched. This is unfortunately not a guaranteed service, but our shippers are working their hardest to get you your order in a timely manner.
Are there any customs charges for my order?
All international orders are DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and the customer will be responsible for any customs fees. If an international parcel is returned due to unpaid fees or failure to receive or pick up the parcel, the shipping costs will not be refundable and any return fees will be deducted from your refund. Should the return fees be greater than the value of the order, no refund will be applicable.

If you are looking to return your item, we are happy to either exchange or refund your order if returned within 14 days.
You have 14 days from the point of receit to return. once approved you have an additional 14 days (which starts from the date of your initial request) to return the goods back to us for either an exchange or refund. Any returned item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received including original product packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that any outgoing and return postage costs incurred in an exchange or return are at the buyer's cost.
In the case of an international order, local import costs (taxes and charges) will not be refunded.
If you have received any damaged or faulty item, or if your order is wrong or incomplete please let us know in writing at your earliest convenience by emailing at email@example.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
